Illicit Scotland: Whisky, Salt and Smuggling.
One subject I barely mention in my book is smuggling. All over the Highlands, there were illicit stills, dispensing a brew far superior to that produced in the legal distilleries. I correct this omission this week with a page on the website titled "Illicit Scotland."
